For New Dress Size Dropper Members – Phase II

Now you’re ready for Phase II!

This is where things really get started with both the Nutrition Structuring and Extreme Potency Workouts.

 

 


Nutrition Structuring

You will be receiving a message from us with guidance on the Nutrition Structuring.

In it, you will get you protein, fat, and carb distribution that we think will work best for helping you get rid of the unwanted fat.

You will also get details on your meal timing because when you eat can be just as influential as what you eat.

Just like in your first week, you will enter everything you eat into MyFitnessPal so that we can monitor your progress.

The only difference is that now you will work to stick within the protein, fat, and carb distribution we set up for you.

Don’t worry – It won’t be crazy restrictive and there will be some “do what you want” calories for treats now and then.

 

 


Extreme Potency Workouts

It is also time to get started with your workouts.  Click the “My Schedule” button below.

In the calendar, you should see entries for “Dress Size Dropper 3 Day Program” on three days during the week.

To access the workout, click the box that says “Dress Size Dropper 3 Day Program” within the calendar.

Then click the “View Item” button.

You will see the different exercises to perform, videos demonstrating how to perform each exercise, the amount of time to spend on each, etc.

After the workout, you can record how you did in the “Add Results” button on each exercise.

We recommend making a video of each of your workouts and uploading the video so we can verify your form is correct and monitor your progress.  This can be done in the app under “Progress” button > “Video” button > “Record Video” button.  The videos will be limited to 5 minutes long so you may need up to 6 separate uploads to show the full workout.
