Welcome to Dress Size Dropper! We are excited to help you shed the extra pounds.
Over the next few pages, we will walk you through Phase I of the program so we can create your individual baseline.
We will use MyFitnessPal to enter your meals for the Active Meal Monitoring portion of DSD.
If you don’t have MyFitnessPal yet. Please download the MyFitnessPal app to your phone and create a free account.
For the first week, all you need to do is eat like normal. That will show us where we can make adjustments so that your body can start burning off unneeded fat.
Step 3 – MyFitnessPal
- Click on the “Add Ons” button below.
- Click the “MyFitnessPal” button below.
- Click the “Setup” button and follow the in video instructions.
- Enter the URL and Key for your MyFitnessPal account.
- Scroll back up and click Save.
Now the meals you enter into MyFitnessPal will be recorded in DSD for us to review.
It is very important that you keep track of everything you eat. Without doing that, we can’t help you.
Again, for the first seven days just eat like you normally do.
